Q1:How can I get your price list? 

A:Yes we can send you the price list !

Q2: What's your best price?

A: Our products have a quite wide price range for different types and different quality

requirement. so contact us freely, we will be happy to give you

a quotation upon receipt of your detailed requirements.     

Q3: How to do if the goods i received but not the one i want ?

A: To make sure the right item with customer is an important thing !

1 Confirm the complete product information (item number,product,package picture and etc.)

2 Write clearly in the PI (all detail about product and customers’ require)

3 Take picture about the goods and detail for you and make sure all before shipping ! 

Q3:Can I get sample ? And LEAD TIME ?

A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free just pay for the shipping cost.

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free.   

Q4: What is your MOQ ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 10 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

Q7: How much the transportation freight will be? 

A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
